March 19th, 2008 Ormond Beach and Port Canaveral Fishing Reports
The past few days have been extremely windy. The fishing however has been blowing me off the face of the Lagoon! In other words it has been on FIRE!!! The weather is also turning out to be getting warmer and warmer each day. On top of it it seems over night the water levels have been rising with the southerly wind coming in. Good numbers of mullet are starting to show up with even pig fish starting to appear. More Bait fish for the fish to eat. Redfish and trout are out in very large numbers as well. Fly fishing remains good as well. Port Canaveral fishing reports have been great. Cobia are moving along the beaches as well. Ormond Beach fishing reports have been steady with redfish and trout bite going on. Florida Inshore Fishing Charters Site Map Captain Drew Cavanaugh |
